Last year, Bob joint this thought about how his sister Gay inspired him:
“My heart goes out to all who contain lost a loved one to this disease. No one should have to suffer as Gay did, which is why I’m committed to finding a cure and a arrogant board member of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.”
To honor Gay’s memory, Bob directed and executive produced a television movie for ABC that was loosely based on her story called “For Hope,” released in 1996. More than 26 years later, this movie continues to raise consciousness of this disease and the need for scleroderma research. “For Hope” is free for all to watch here on our website: https://srfcure.org/about/for-hope/
